The Friends of North UC Library is the main support group for our new North University Community Branch Library. As a member of the Friends, you will become an important voice from the community in helping to make this library a vital community center. Funds from membership contributions are vital to the various programs and materials for this new library. You can help make good things happen when you become a member of the Friends of North UC!
Please join the Friends today. It’s easy! The best way to join the Friends of the Library is using a pre-printed membership envelope, available at any San Diego Public Library. Just be sure to write “North University Community Branch” on the Branch Name line.

The Friends of the San Diego Public Library is a California tax exempt non-profit corporation under IRS 501(c)(3), so your contributions are tax-deductible.
Join the Book Sales Committee. The new library has a large, conveniently located room to collect book donations and hold its book sales. This is the main fundraiser for the Friends, and, obviously, a very important part of the Friends fundraising effort.
